The FAAC 412 115V DX/SX Arm Only is a genuine replacement operator arm for the FAAC 412 swing gate system. Designed for residential single-leaf swing gates, it delivers smooth, quiet, and reliable automation for gates up to 14 ft. wide and 500 lbs. Available in DX (right-hinged) or SX (left-hinged) configurations, this arm is ideal for replacing worn or damaged units while keeping your gate system running at peak performance.
