At All Security Equipment, we strive to ensure your property remains protected with high-quality gear; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

Pack Securely

Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all manuals and accessories included, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

Label and Ship

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to the return address provided by our support team using a trackable carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
